Responsibilities
The Enterprise Project Management Office is fundamental in delivering the overarching strategic change programme for the University. The PMO team supports all areas of the institution with Project Management, Process Improvement and Enterprise Architecture capabilities. This role is unique as it encompasses Project Management, Process Improvement and Change Management initiatives.
As a Project Manager you will:
* Deliver and manage multiple projects simultaneously across one or more service or faculty areas.
* Apply project management best practices and process improvement techniques to drive efficiencies.
* Lead change management initiatives and facilitate the resolution of complex business problems.
* Coordinate cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications
* Experience in Project Management, Process Improvement and/or Change Management with a proven record of delivering successful outcomes.
* Organised and methodical approach, with strong prioritisation, coordination and facilitation skills.
* Excellent organisational, communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Professionalism, positive influencing and ability to work flexibly.
* Capacity to work on‑site at the Sunderland Campus in a hybrid model.
