Duties
* Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.

* Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
* Provide clerical support including typing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google is required.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Demonstrated clerical experience with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
