Overview
Join the Project Engineer role at Balfour Beatty plc. You will be part of the Power Transmission and Distribution team within the Operations / Construction group, working on large infrastructure projects between Fort Augustus and the Isle of Skye. Roles include a generous subsistence package (subject to terms and conditions), allowances, pension, and career progression within the industry.

Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver the engineered solution and brief to the working party
* Safely and sustainably deliver activity to programme, cost and quality
* Monitor and record works to ensure compliance in a timely manner
* Support and develop an environment where the working party can thrive and succeed
* Effectively manage and care for the people delivering the work
Qualifications
* HNC/HND/Degree in civil engineering or another engineering discipline preferred; relevant site experience in Utilities / Construction Industry
* Comfortable with ambiguity; able to lead cross-functional teams toward solutions
* Ability to work across conflicting interest groups to develop solutions to complex operational and commercial problems
* People management and relationship management skills
* Commercial awareness with knowledge of budgeting and financial control
* Knowledge of project management methodology
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Willing to work away from home
