Base pay range
We are currently seeking freelance Domestic Energy Assessors across the UK, qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates, for additional ad hoc work.

* Payment: Earn £62.00 per appointment (including lodgement fee), based on properties with up to 6 bedrooms.

Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills
* Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently
* Fluency in English (verbal and written)
* A DBS, Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate issued within the last 3 years
* Valid Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
* Valid Assessor ID
