Teacher of PE Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support for a young student with social, emotional, and mental health needs Working with young students to enhance their teamwork and social skills. Demonstrating proper techniques and providing clear instructions to ensure students understand and can perform the activities correctly. Maintaining a safe environment during physical activities. Evaluating students' progress and performance in physical education through various assessment methods, such as skill tests, fitness assessments, and observations. Working closely with other teachers, administrators, and parents to support students' overall development and well-being. Teacher of PE Requirements: Have experience planning and delivering GCSE and BTEC PE. Be knowledgeable or different complex needs, associated learning difficulties and challenging behaviours. Be able to differentiate accordingly for Special Educational Needs. Be able to provide a 10-year career history with relevant reference details, including your 2 most recent employers. Have a Child Only DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education. DBS sponsorship is available for this position.
