Job Overview
* To protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in accordance with the published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any updates.
* Deliver results that meet or exceed KPIs and SLA targets, ensuring service quality and contract retention.
* Undertake additional training for continuous self-development.
Main Duties
Operations
* Ensure compliance with all policies, legal, and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and in line with UK law.
* Complete all site tasks as defined in the published AI's.
* Review and update yourself on any changes to AI's to improve service.
* Obtain and wear the necessary front-line licenses (Security Guarding or Door Supervision, CCTV PSS SIA License) at all times.
* Follow legal obligations and safety requirements.
* Follow instructions and procedures appropriately.
* Work systematically and methodically.
Training
* Complete all required competency training satisfactorily.
* Undertake additional training for self-development as directed.
* Use technology to meet work objectives and develop expertise.
* Renew licenses 16 weeks before expiry.
Security and Health & Safety
* Report any hazards or safety issues immediately.
* Remain alert to threats or environmental changes and respond appropriately.
* Maintain professional conduct in challenging situations.
* Document incidents accurately and promptly.
* Adhere to schedules and ensure check calls are completed.
* Report incidents to emergency services and communication center.
What We Are Looking For
* Previous security experience.
* SIA License (Security Guarding, Door Supervision, CCTV PSS).
