Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our mattress manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of mattresses, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor machinery used in mattress production (e.g., quilting machines, tape edge machines, foam cutting machines). Set up machines according to specifications and production schedules. Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and consistency. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot machine issues and report malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
