Primary Teacher – Kitts Green Academy (SEMH All-Boys) Location: Kitts Green Academy, Birmingham B33 Type: Full-Time / Long-Term Salary: £150–£170 per day (depending on experience and/or qualifications) Start Date: January 2026 (or immediate start where possible) The School and Role ABC Teachers are seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Teacher to join Kitts Green Academy, a specialist SEMH provision for boys in Birmingham. As a Primary Teacher at Kitts Green, you will deliver high-quality teaching, create a safe and structured learning environment, and support the social, emotional, and academic development of your pupils. You will work closely with support staff, therapists, and leadership to implement individualised learning plans and positive behaviour strategies. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in SEMH, SEND, challenging behaviour management, or pastoral support, or for teachers looking to specialise in SEMH education.
