Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Talent Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment while shaping and executing our talent strategy. This role goes beyond traditional recruitment — you will act as a strategic partner to leaders, enabling internal talent mobility, strengthening our employer brand, and building the capabilities needed for sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
* Lead full‑cycle recruitment across manufacturing, research & development, commercial and corporate functions
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements (including support on job descriptions), success profiles, and sourcing strategies
* Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including direct search, referrals, social media, and talent pipelines
* Manage screening, interview process, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding processes
* Oversee unsuccessful candidate rejection
* Ensure a high‑quality, engaging candidate experience aligned with our brand
* Track and report recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
* Manage Contingent Workforce recruitment (through a contingent workforce supplier)
Talent Strategy & Internal Mobility
* Partner with HR and business leaders to translate business strategy into workforce and talent plans to identify critical roles and build succession pipelines
* Facilitate internal talent moves, career pathing, and development discussions
* Support recruitment forecasting as output from Workforce Planning and Succession Planning
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within talent practices
Employer Branding
* Develop and execute employer branding initiatives that reflect our culture, innovation, and product passion
* Strengthen presence across key talent platforms
* Drive initiatives that position the company as an employer of choice in FMCG and manufacturing
* Support employee advocacy and engagement storytelling
What You Need To Succeed
* Experience in talent acquisition or talent management, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods
* Proven experience managing high volume end‑to‑end recruitment
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Experience in workforce planning and facilitating internal mobility
* Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience preferred
* Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical capability
* High energy, resilience, and a passion for building great teams
