The Quality Systems Engineer is primarily responsible for developing, maintaining and effectively integrating the business management system. If you want to be part of a dynamic and growing QHSE team within a successful manufacturing business, and can demonstrate previous QHSE experience developing a Business Management System, we would be keen to hear from you! Primary roles & responsibilities: * Support the development of the Business Management System and associated platform, as a phased improvement in accordance with business requirements. * Lead by example on good documentation practice and other elements of ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 13485 and other standards as applicable. * Conduct document control activities in accordance with business requirements. * Support the production of new business management system documentation and change of existing documentation as per business requirements. * Support external audit activities from certification and regulatory bodies, new and existing customers. * Support the internal audit schedule, conducting internal audits to meet business certification and regulatory requirements. * Support with business management reviews and QHSE data trending. * Producing a weekly / monthly status report for management to understand current status of activities including but not limited to; document control, audit and continuous improvement activities. * The Quality Systems Engineer role reports to the QHSE Manager The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: * 3 years expereince of direct involvement in quality management within manufacturing, preferably in the medical, automotive, aeronautics and/or space industry. * Working knowledge of the following standards; ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100 and ISO14001 * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all external and internal teams at all levels within the business. * Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Word,Outlook and PowerPoint). * Qualification and at least three years’ experience of internal auditing to either ISO9001, ISO13485 or AS 9100 and other relevant standards.
