Responsibilities
1. Content Platform Strategy & Build: Lead the end-to-end development of a maternity & baby vertical content platform (encompassing community forums, educational hubs, and short-form video libraries). Define content positioning, user segmentation frameworks, and ecosystem guidelines to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for the brand.
2. Lifecycle Content Execution: Develop data-informed content strategies aligned with the full maternal journey (preconception → pregnancy → postpartum → early parenting). Oversee the creation of high-quality content such as expert-led guides, product tutorials, real-user testimonials, and interactive tools, ensuring seamless integration with product features and user scenarios.
3. Team & Creator Ecosystem Management: Build and scale a cross-functional content team (editors, content creators, community managers) with clear SOPs, performance metrics, and quality assurance protocols. Cultivate strategic partnerships with maternity & baby KOLs, micro-influencers, and industry experts to expand content reach and credibility.
4. Data-Driven Optimization: Establish a comprehensive content analytics framework (including engagement rates, click-through rates, conversion funnels, and user retention metrics). Leverage insights to iterate content strategies, optimize platform experience, and maximize commercial conversion (e.g., product trials, purchases).
5. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with brand marketing, product development, sales, and customer success teams to align content initiatives with global campaigns, product launches, and user lifecycle marketing. Drive cross-channel content synergy across social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), DTC website, and email marketing.
