We're now looking for a hands‑on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support in leading our front‑of‑house team and help maintain our high standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and food safety
* Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and effective communication
* Oversee customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and address any concerns
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient food production and service flow
* Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the restaurant
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality setting
* Experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment
* Excellent communication and strong customer service skills
* Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction
* Self‑motivated with the ability to motivate and develop a cohesive team
