We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Chepstow, working full-time with pupils who have Additional Learning Needs (ALN). The Role: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with ALN. Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities. Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff. Support pupils with emotional regulation, social interaction, and classroom engagement. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting.
