🔍 About the Role
In this role, you will contribute to the development, execution, and implementation of fit‑for‑purpose patient‑centered measurement strategies across multiple programmes. You’ll work closely with PCOR scientists, data science experts, clinical teams, and cross‑functional partners to ensure patient experience is accurately captured and meaningfully integrated into drug development.
🧠What You’ll Be Doing
You may be involved in some or all of the following:
* Designing and implementing patient‑centered measurement strategies across the drug development lifecycle
* Partnering with study teams and global development teams to ensure high‑quality COA strategy execution
* Supporting study start‑up, monitoring, and close‑out activities related to clinical outcome assessments (COAs)
* Leading or supporting implementation of eCOA, linguistic validation, UAT, and file format reviews
* Identifying opportunities to develop or refine measurement tools to better capture patient experience
* Providing subject‑matter expertise in areas such as measurement strategy, digital endpoints, eCOA, linguistic validation, and patient/site engagement
🎓 What We’re Looking For
* MSc in Public Health, Psychology, or related field (PhD preferred)
* 3+ years’ experience developing and implementing patient‑centered measurement strategies
* Hands‑on experience generating, analysing, and disseminating patient‑centered evidence
* Background in pharma or consultancy
