A good attitude and work ethic
A great telephone manner, there will be some occasions you will answer calls
Strong IT skills and an accuracy when recording data
Nice to Haves Background in customer service, sales support or logistics
Familiarity with order processing, tracking, and shipment coordination
Experience supporting retail or ecommerce customers
So, what will you be doing? Administrative tasks based around order processing and tracking of stock and shipments
Managing shared inboxes and responding to customer queries in a timely manner
Liaising with the supply chain team for stock updates and demand forecasting
Supporting internal projects and resolving queries
Reviewing content and data across reseller websites
Performing general office administration and filing duties
