Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist: Be the friendly face that greets every guest, creating a positive and exciting first impression. Handle guest questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Help manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently to keep the guest flow running smoothly.
