Key Responsibilities Invoice Processing: Handling high volumes of purchase invoices (up to 1,000 per month) Using AutoEntry software to process invoices efficiently and accurately Verifying invoice data and ensuring correct authorisation and coding Ledger Management: Maintaining accurate supplier records in Sage 50 Creating new supplier accounts and verifying bank details via telephone Managing and monitoring the purchase ledger inbox throughout the day Ensuring invoices are distributed for authorisation and payment requests are diarised Payment Processing: Preparing and processing monthly supplier payment runs Creating payment files via Sage 50’s E-Payment function for bank upload Generating and sending remittance advice to suppliers Reconciliations & Journals: Completing monthly supplier statement reconciliatio...
