You will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager within The Barn restaurant, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.You'll also be responsible for the welfare and moral of the team, whilst managing and delivering an effective training and development program.Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us every day.
