The current team are happy and motivated, and your work will make a big difference, they we will recognise your talent and commitment and work with you to achieve your ambitions.Senior Bid Writer role and responsibilitiesCoordinating tender projects, managing workload and keeping on trackWriting different tenders each week, applying winning techniques to clients in a variety of industries and sectorsHelping their clients develop their value proposition and the evidence needed to win contractsKeeping ahead of the competition and presenting information in the best way to achieve a successful outcomeBeing part of a professional team that works hard to achieve excellence and drives the business forwardWhere a bid is unsuccessful; gaining, interpreting and addressing feedback to ensure future success.You must be able to demonstrate the following:Have senior-level experience of writing complex bids and tendersHave the reading and writing skills to prepare information carefully and methodicallyCan focus on the job in hand and respond accurately to a set of requirementsCan anticipate business challenges and bottlenecks and take action to mitigate theseCan manage your workload and other project stakeholders to meet strict deadlinesHave a creative flair, adaptability and enjoy problem solvingHave a competitive spirit and passion for helping businesses stand out.The ideal candidate will have in excess of 5 years experience in a tender writing capacity, managing complex bids and delivered significant contract awards.
