Overview:
My client, a leading SME in the Sevenoaks area, are looking for a Warranty Administrator to join their Aftersales team on a permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities:
Working in an Aftersales team of 4, you will be primarily responsible for processing daily warranty claims
Maintain accurate records of all warranty submissions and approvals
Submit claims and track progress regularly
Investigate and resolve rejected or delayed claims
Communicate with suppliers, customer and service teams
Essential Skills & Experience:
2+ years’ experience in a Customer Service or Aftersales role
Confident using multiple internal systems
Understanding of warranty, claims or aftersales processes
Great communication skills
Package:
Salary of £28,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
Monday to Friday, 8am – 5:30pm
