Job Purpose
* To provide housing management and support to residents.
* To monitor rent accounts, ensuring timely payments and minimizing arrears through early intervention.
* To collaborate with other departments, including Facilities, Property Management, and community teams, to deliver excellent service.
* To ensure residents receive tailored services based on their Outcome Star assessments.
* To maintain accurate records in the Inform system for all residents contacted.
* To encourage resident participation in Progression activities.
* To assist residents in securing high-quality, affordable move-on accommodation.
* To work alongside Progression Coaches to increase resident engagement in progression opportunities.
* To maximize housing occupancy and reduce voids proactively.
* To ensure residents adhere to tenancy conditions and address anti-social behavior as directed by the Housing and Support Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Housing Management
* Manage resident intake, complete necessary paperwork, and explain license agreements and policies clearly.
* Monitor rent accounts, intervene early to prevent arrears, and take enforcement only when necessary.
* Proactively reduce voids through inspections and facilitating referrals and assessments.
* Investigate and address anti-social behavior cases.
Support
* Conduct Outcome Star assessments and develop person-centered action plans using a Psychologically Informed approach.
* Review and update assessments and actions regularly.
* Monitor residents' welfare, including health and substance misuse, and intervene appropriately.
* Advocate and liaise with external agencies on behalf of residents.
* Perform Facilities and Wellbeing Checks as per policy.
* Collaborate with other departments, especially Property, Facilities, and community teams.
* Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns proactively.
* Partner with the Progression team to promote engagement in education, employment, and volunteering activities.
* Support residents in developing community awareness and independent living skills.
