The Learning Hub Lead will be responsible for the operational delivery, facilities management, and stakeholder engagement of the designated Learning Hub (LH). This role is diverse and multi-faceted, and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Delivery of Bright Horizons short course training, e.g. Bright Bursts/Induction
Provide continuous support to colleagues of Bright Horizons who are undertaking training, learning and development. This could include apprentices, and those attending our internal programmes at the LH
Supporting the safeguarding and inclusion of all learners, including those who are 16-18 years old
This role will act as a role model for all staff; they will promote confidence and demonstrate a high level of professional competency.
The Learning Hub Lead works closely with the Pathways Manager, Talent and Development Manager and Head of Education, and in collaboration with the appropriate business stakeholders to ensure the learning and development needs of the business and employees are fully met. This includes appropriate support to the Talent Acquisition and Compliance teams.
The Learning Hub Lead will contribute to all aspects of Bright Horizons programmes at the LH; ensuring that Return on Investment (ROI) is measurable and drives results. They will work with operational stakeholders to ensure delivery supports strategic business objectives, specifically retention.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Support the Pathways Manager to lead the development and implementation of the Learning Hub, including site readiness, programme scheduling, and stakeholder engagement.
Act as the primary liaison with property, facilities, and external partners to ensure the Hub is fit for purpose and aligned with organisational goals.
Coordinate and host learning events, workshops, and community engagement activities at the Hub.
Monitor usage, feedback, and impact of the Hub, reporting regularly to the Pathways Manager.
Promote the HEART culture, values, and behaviours to drive learning excellence and high performance across the organisation.
Contribute to the design and delivery of training content
Promote the Leadership Competency Frameworks across the organisation.
Provide mentoring and coaching to cohorts of apprentices, or internal development programmes
Collaborate with the Pathways Manager and other Divisional Pathway Leads to ensure consistency and quality across all learning pathways.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including HR, Operations, and Education teams.
Contribute to Pathways related administration.
Maintain accurate training data for Pathways programmes.
Maintain sector currency and contribute to innovative methods of design and delivery of training to maintain and enhance BH’s competitive positioning in the market.
Liaise with key stakeholders to support the development of all designated apprentices and employees on internal programmes
Responsible For:
Maintaining sector-specific knowledge.
Maintaining knowledge specific to apprenticeships.
Exercising commercial awareness when considering any type of business spend.
Timely submission of business expenses.
Personal commitment to deliver the highest levels of professionalism with all stakeholders.
Experience Needed:
Project management from initiation through to implementation, underpinned by excellent communication and organisation skills and strong attention to detail; (desirable)
Experience of mentoring and coaching others
Experience of completing an apprenticeship (desirable)
Understanding of Safeguarding and Inclusion, including with 16–18-year-olds
Essential Qualifications:
Early Years Educator Level 3 or equivalent (Essential)
Willingness to complete Level 3 Award in Education and Training (Essential)
Evidence of continuous professional development (Essential)
Degree or Level 6 equivalent in Early Years, Leadership or equivalent (desirable)
