Lead and develop curriculum planning and assessment
Monitor and improve standards of teaching and learning
Support, mentor and coach teaching staff
Use data to evaluate impact and raise achievement
Contribute to strategic planning and school improvementRequirements -
Qualified teacher status or equivalent
Evidence of excellent teaching and classroom management
Experience teaching across a range of ages and abilities
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively to deliver sustained improvement
