This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing business and help deliver projects from concept through to installation and operation. It is well suited to someone with a few years of relevant experience who brings strong technical understanding, good stakeholder and relationship management skills, and the potential to grow with the business.
Key Requirements
* Degree or technical qualification in engineering, marine, manufacturing, or similar
* Relevant experience in project management, project coordination, engineering, or a manufacturing environment
* Strong technical understanding and the ability to work credibly with engineering teams
* Good stakeholder management and strong relationship-building skills
* Proven ability to help deliver projects on time and on budget
* Strong organisational ability and structured thinking
* Comfortable working with engineers, suppliers, and shipyards
* Shipping knowledge would be a strong advantage
Role & Responsibilities
* Help deliver projects from concept through to installation and operation
* Coordinate engineering, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver milestones
* Build practical project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress updates
* Ensure actions are closed quickly and projects keep moving
* Identify risks, resolve issues, and elevate where needed
* Support delivery across manufacturing, supplier, and shipyard activities
* Help ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
