We’re helping our client who is searching for a TCAD Simulation Engineer to join their imaging division. This role will involve performing TCAD simulation and analysis, with a focus on pixel/ SPAD-level performance.
Requirements
* Experience with Synopsys Sentaurus
* Solid understanding of semiconductor physics
* Scripting or programming ability
* Knowledge of image sensors or pixel design
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and proactively
Contract duration: 12 months
Start date: Immediate
Location: Edinburgh, hybrid
