Your insights and recommendations will help drive the company's strategic direction in mechanical design and development. This role is 100% onsite at our Poole location. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and maintaining project documentation Track project progress and update project schedules and timelines Assist in budget management and financial tracking for projects Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth project execution Communicate project updates and escalate issues to the PMO Manager as needed Qualifications Experience in project administration or a similar role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field Experience with project management software and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Commitment to continuous improvement and learning Our Offer Work for a well-known brand with a continued focus on innovation and growth.
