Role Overview: We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join Hyper Recruitment Solutions (HRS) based in our Headquarters in Loughton, Essex. As we move into the next phase of growth across 2026 and beyond, this is a key role focused on building and strengthening our digital presence to support continued business expansion. This is a hands on, standalone position where you will take full ownership of digital marketing across the business. You will work directly with senior leadership, giving you real visibility and influence over how marketing supports brand growth, candidate attraction, and commercial performance.
