We're looking for a The Graduate Commercial Executive (Aftersales) role at Wrightbus / AllServiceOne offers a chance to grow commercial and aftermarket support, focusing on tender proposals, customer liaison, and tailored documentation. The Role: Create client proposal packs and tender documents, interpreting customer requests and engaging directly as needed. Integrate sales and aftermarket documentation into tender responses for clear structure and scoring. Review tender documents and summarise requirements for sales and aftersales stakeholders. Use online tender portals to upload accurate information (training provided). Validate spare parts pricing with purchasing and suppliers. Interpret contractual requirements and compile aftermarket support reports. Create sales materials and presentations for tenders. Collaborate with Commercial and Product Growth Manager on Repair and Maintenance Packages. Draft deal sheets for executive approval. Engage with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines. Communicate with customers verbally and in writing. Work with Commercial Manager to capture customer requirements for bids. Organise tender information for bid library. Collaborate with UK and International Bid Teams on aftersales proposals. Maintain tender and quotation files. Support drafting of business reports when required. The Requirements: Third level qualification in business related discipline (or equivalent) OR 5 GCSE's including GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths and 1 years' experience working in a commercial role. Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
