What you’ll do

As an HR Specialist you will be accountable for supporting the delivery of all central HR activities within Consumer Operations. This is a broad HR generalist role, where you will support the delivery across reward, talent & development, employee relations, culture & engagement, diversity & inclusion initiatives. This is a stakeholder focussed role, where you will provide guidance to managers and employees while collaborating with HRBPs and other stakeholders.

* Work directly with a subfunction to deliver people plans aligned to the broader People agenda.
* Support organisational design and change execution, including integration programmes and structural transitions.
* Support employment cost forecasting and budgeting across.
* Support employee relations cases and TUPE processes, ensuring legal compliance and business continuity.
* Align cross‑functional HR priorities, frameworks, and initiatives to enable consistent delivery and impact.
* Champion inclusive practices and cultural transformation.
* Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to embed consistent policies and frameworks.
* Support the execution of strategic workforce planning and talent initiatives.


Who you are

* Prior experience operating within a HR Partnering role is required.
* An analytical mindset, with prior experience of Excel and using data insights to paint a story is required.
* Ability to manage senior stakeholders, with prior experience of managing complex, senior stakeholder groups is required.
* The ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, while maintaining high standards of quality is required.
* An understanding of Employee Relations, with prior experience of managing ER cases, is required.
* CIPD qualification, or working towards, is desired.
