The Managing Director Role
The Managing Director will lead the business and take full responsibility for its performance. Reporting to an experienced and supportive board, you will set the vision, shape strategy, and inspire a talented leadership team to deliver results. This is a role for someone who can drive change, deliver growth, and motivate people across all levels of the organisation.

The Must-Haves
As this is a senior appointment and we expect strong interest, here are the essentials:
* Proven leadership experience at the board or executive level in food manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution.
* At least 10 years’ experience across commercial, operational, and financial areas of the food industry.
* Strong commercial understanding, including full P&L responsibility.
* A collaborative, open, and engaging leadership style that fits a people-focused culture.
* A proven track record of delivering growth in a competitive market.
Location: South West England – commutable from Bournemouth, Southampton, Salisbury, and surrounding areas.
Package: Competitive – £120,000 - £150,000 base salary + benefits
