We are now seeking a skilled and passionate Commis Chef with proven kitchen experience to join our talented team. This is a fantastic opportunity to refine your craft and gain specialist training in Japanese fine dining.
? What Youll Do Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking Japanese dishes, including sushi, sashimi, and Wagyu beef.
Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
Support with stock rotation, storage, and mise en place.
Learn and develop traditional Japanese cooking skills and fine dining service standards.
Work closely with a collaborative team in a small, open-kitchen setting.
?? About You Minimum 3 years experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining experience is an advantage; Japanese cuisine highly desirable).
Passionate about food, eager to learn, and committed to excellence.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
