Join our friendly Airplay team, delivering fun activities, support, and opportunities for RAF children and young people through:
• Airplay Clubs (ages 8–18)
• Airplay Connect (online)
• Ben Club (ages 5–7)
Hours & Working Pattern
• Term-time: 8 hours per week – Thursday evenings plus one other evening (TBC) and every 3rd Saturday
• School holidays: Hours may vary for holiday programmes and will be planned in advance with the team. Some flexibility is required.
About the Role:
• Reporting to the Lead Youth Worker, you’ll help deliver a mix of centre-based and outreach youth work in line with the Airplay Theory of Change and YMCA Youth Work Strategy.
• Full training will be provided.
