As the business continues to expand its reach and product portfolio, they are seeking a Marketing Operations Executive to bridge the gap between marketing, sales, operations, and HR — bringing coordination, structure, and energy to a collaborative in-house team.

The Role:
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will support to:
* Deliver and maintain marketing campaign calendars, workflows and internal processes
* Design and produce digital assets - social graphics, banners, brochures, web visuals and videos
* Manage marketing timelines, launch plans, and content requests from sales and ops
* Support the planning and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns
* Collaborate with the graphic designer and marketing intern to ensure brand consistency
* Liaise with commercial and operational teams to maintain aligned messaging and market focus
* Help structure and scale marketing activity, owning processes and priorities
* Assist with the development of presentations, trade materials, and customer communications
* Track campaign success and support brand visibility across multiple platforms (excluding social media)
The Person – What We’re Looking For
* 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing, brand, or communications role
* Confident user of Wordpress/Mailchimp/Adobe Suite or similar
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Excellent project and marketing coordination skills
* Collaborative and confident working cross-functionally across departments
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (email marketing, asset coordination)
* Comfortable working full-time in office and contributing to a vibrant team culture
