Hourly: £12.30 per hour, Night shift: £14.55 per hour, 40 hours per week – Shift-based.

We’re looking for a confident and friendly Customer Care Coordinator to join our busy inbound contact centre team.

* Handle customer calls and emails.
* Place orders and resolve enquiries at first point of contact.
* Upsell products where appropriate.
* Complete any additional duties as required.
