We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM database Assistant to join our finance team on a temporary 3-month contract with a view to go perm. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the rollout and maintenance of our central rates database – SURMS – a vital system used across the business to ensure accurate billing and revenue assurance. Working closely with the Revenue Assurance Officer and collaborating with multiple departments, you’ll help keep our financial data accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready. If you have strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and maintenance of the SURMS system. Collaborate with internal departments to identify and resolve data or implementation issues. Create and update records in SURMS for all new admissions. Audit supporting documentation for rate changes and system inputs. Work with Sales Ledger and Credit Control teams to resolve any billing discrepancies. Produce accurate reports from SURMS in response to team requests. Ensure all data remains up-to-date, complete, and compliant. Participate in system testing and support smooth rollout across departments. Complete all mandatory training in line with company policy. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a similar administrative or CRM/data role. Background in a fast-paced finance or data-driven environment. Strong Excel skills and confident handling data. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Proven ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
