Salary: £42,000 - 42,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience: A Master’s degree in an engineering background, specifically in: - Geomatics Engineering - Geospatial Engineering (Remote Sensing, GIS Science & Technology) Experience: - 2–3 years in geospatial data science or development projects - Familiarity with asset management workflows Technical Skills: - Expertise in Python and its libraries (GDAL, rasterio, geopandas, scikit-learn) - Proven ability to implement and evaluate machine learning models - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure - Proficiency with GIS/remote-sensing platforms: ArcGIS and/or QGIS, Google Earth Engine - Hands-on experience in processing satellite imagery data Please note, candidates must be willing to relocate to the North East since the role requires office presence.
