Our client are a World leader in non-food FMCG products, they currently have a very rare opportunity for a shopper marketing manager to join their team based in South Wales (Neath/Swansea area) - this is a fully on-site role.
The Role
* Strengthen retailer partnerships
* Optimise product promotions, pricings and range
* Bring promotions and benefits in-line with consumer needs based on data
* Analyse consumer data from Nielson, Kantar, Dunnhumby & EPOS
* Influence commercial strategy - pricing, promotions etc
* Work closely with major grocery retailers: Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, Co-Op, Aldi, Lidl etc
The Candidate
* Educated to BA/BSc level in marketing or a related subject
* FMCG experience is a MUST
* Previous experience in shopper marketing/category management
* Previous experience dealing with retail customers
* Analytical & data-driven mindset
* Fully excel proficient
37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 4.30pm
