Beyond your daily responsibilities and a comprehensive schedule of training, you'll join your global graduate community annually for a dedicated development week. You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of Support Solutions Architect and can expect to be involved in the following:
Development of support solutions and inputs into bids, including written proposals, costs and scheduling Influencing design for support, working closely with design engineers as well as sales, finance and commercial functions.
The role provides a high level of exposure across all functions of the business providing you with a strong knowledge of all aspects of business and engineering support activities.
You will learn how to develop support solutions for equipment and complex systems, how to develop technical and complex proposals and plans and also how to perform the supporting analysis.
Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.
Throughout the two year development programme you will have developed into the position of Support Solutions Architect!
To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:
A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study (engineering preferred)
Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of engineering or business. Where business based then must also have a competence or interest in engineering and/or technical subjects.
Strong verbal and written communication (English)
