Job Title: Intermediary Distribution Pursuit Manager - Strategic Partners and Key Accounts
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £59,850 - £66,500
Hours: Full time
Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Edinburgh office.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Lead pursuit projects in collaboration with Strategic Account Managers or Business Development leads
2. Develop and manage pursuit project plans including risk analysis and contingency planning
3. Facilitate planning and strategy meetings to improve success rates and establish clear approaches
4. Manage stakeholder relationships across Pensions and Retirement and the wider Group
5. Review and refine proposal and pitch content to ensure clarity and customer focus
6. Coordinate pitch presentation preparation and related activities to secure new business

What you’ll need:
7. Deep expertise in the pensions, retirement or intermediary markets, with a proven track record of crafting strategic narratives and winning proposals for high-value partnerships
8. Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through execution, with strong risk and contingency management
9. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders across diverse business areas
10. Skilled facilitator with experience driving collaborative planning sessions and strategy development in fast-paced environments
11. Sharp attention to detail and a relentless focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
12. Confidence in reviewing and refining content to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment with strategic goals
