Key Responsibilities:
: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks
: Respond to emergency callouts and fault situations
: Complete logbooks, RAMS, and relevant documentation
: Attend client meetings and provide technical support
: Conduct emergency lighting testing
: Perform electrical works including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, and BMS
: Maintain and operate Building Management Systems (BMS)
: Work on air conditioning systems including DX, chilled water, and adiabatic AHUs
: Maintain generators, controls, and UPS systems
: Work on AC/DC systems including single and three:phase motors
: Support HV/LV systems maintenance
: Carry out basic building fabric tasks (e.g., toilets, drainage, tiling, sinks)
Requirements:
: Trade qualified with ideally 3+ years' experience in building services
: City and Guilds Level 3 in Electrical (or equivalent)
: Strong understanding of building services systems (AHU, FCU, UPS, generators, LV systems)
: Proven fault:finding ability across mechanical and/or electrical systems
: Excellent communication skills with strong client:facing experience
