We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in daily operations.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, file management, and record keeping.
* Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation and exit interviews.
* Maintain accurate employee data and update employee files as needed.
* Assist in the coordination and planning of HR programs and events.
* Respond to employee inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
* Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an HR department.
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
