Join our team as the Urgent Treatment Centre Clinical Manager and play a pivotal leadership role in delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient Urgent Care. Working collaboratively with the Clinical Lead, GPs, Service Manager, Senior management, and External partners and ICB Commissioners.
What you'll be doing
You will oversee the clinical workforce, safer staffing, clinical governance, audit, safeguarding and develop service improvement initiatives. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to shape patient pathways, develop the workforce, and ensure excellence in urgent care delivery within our UTC. What we’ll look for in you
Essential requirements to be considered for this role:
•Registered nurse or paramedic with current registration (NMC/HCPC)
•Urgent care/ED equivalent, clinical qualification. i.e minor injury/minor illness.
•Evidence of Continuous Professional development (CPD)
•Experience of teaching assessing and clinical supervision in Practice
•Evidence of Leadership or management certification
It would be desirable if you have a Level 7 qualifications in Advanced Care practice in emergency/urgent care but not Essential.
