Trading Team Manager
Permanent Contract – 36.75 Hours per week
Yearly Salary: Up to £34,500 per annum (inclusive of £0.90p per hour, store‑specific location allowance) + Bonus + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday.
Location: B&Q Belvedere
Responsibilities
* Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, leading end‑to‑end stock management, range change and promotions.
* Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights and customer feedback.
* Support colleagues to build deep product knowledge and meaningful customer interactions to make every customer count.
* Lead and maintain effective stock‑management rituals and routines to ensure flawless customer service.
Qualifications & Skills
* Comfortable coaching to bring out the best in colleagues.
* Lead by example rather than doing the tasks personally.
* Passionate about process, believing it is the foundation of great availability.
* Well‑planned and organised, able to prioritise and manage competing demands.
* Experience in retail management and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
