Join a passionate team at the forefront of supporting survivors of domestic abuse. We're looking for a dedicated Domestic Abuse Practitioner to help empower individuals, promote safety, and build resilience across our community.

What You'll Do:
* Provide one-to-one support and advocacy for survivors.
* Carry out risk assessments and create safety plans.
* Connect clients with vital services - legal, housing, health, and more.
* Deliver training and raise awareness around domestic abuse.
* Keep accurate, confidential case records.
* Work closely with partner agencies to strengthen support networks.
* Contribute to team meetings and service improvements.
* Stay up to date on legislation and best practices.
What You'll Bring:
* Fluency in a South Asian language, French, or Italian is essential
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Experience supporting survivors or working in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of domestic abuse and its impact.
* Excellent communication and empathy.
* Confidence working independently and in a team.
* Solid IT skills, including case management systems.
* Knowledge of local support services.
* A commitment to learning and professional growth.
