We are seeking dynamic, motivated and passionate band 5 Paediatric Nurses either Newly Qualified or with experience with a drive for providing high quality care to help shape the future of our department. This role is also open to those who are dual qualified.
Responsibilities
* The main duties of this role are to provide nursing care to children with a wide range of medical, surgical, and orthopaedic conditions. You will care for these children in many areas of the department including our own personal Paediatric Resuscitation Bay.
* You would be responsible for the delivery of expert care to children and supporting adult nursing colleagues in understanding how to provide the best possible care to children.
* We will also teach you and help you expand on your existing skills including (but not limited to) Plastering, wound care, venepuncture and cannulation and the care of the critically ill child/young person.
