Our games combine physical gameplay with digital scoring, competition and feedback systems, and are installed in real-world venues where thousands of players interact with them every week.
We are expanding our Unity-based mini game development and are looking for a production-focused Unity Game Artist to help build visually striking, highly readable game experiences for fast-paced competitive play.

* Props and gameplay objects
* Background elements and environments
* Visual feedback elements
* Sprite-based animations
* UI components and interface assets
Assets should be clean, readable and optimised for fast gameplay environments.
Unity Asset Pipeline
Prepare and export assets specifically for use in Unity, including:
* Sprite sheets and texture atlases
* UI element slicing and layout preparation
* Resolution scaling for mobile devices
* Optimisation for performance
You will work closely with Unity developers to ensure assets integrate smoothly into the game.
Visual Direction for Arcade Gameplay
Help establish and maintain a cohesive visual style across multiple mini games, focusing on:
* Bold colour palettes
* Clear silhouettes and iconography
* Strong gameplay readability
* Responsive visual feedback
What We’re Looking For
Strong portfolio showing game UI, mobile game art, or stylised gameplay assets.
You should demonstrate:
* Experience designing UI specifically for games
* Strong understanding of gameplay readability
* Ability to create clean, stylised 2D game assets
* Strong iconography and interface design skills

We are particularly interested in candidates who understand how artwork functions inside a game engine.
Technical Requirements
* Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator / Photoshop) or equivalent
* Experience preparing sprite sheets and UI assets for Unity
* Understanding of mobile resolution scaling
* Knowledge of optimising assets for real-time gameplay
Bonus Skills
* Experience working directly inside Unity
* UI animation or micro-interactions
