Business Development Manager – Neurovascular Medical Devices
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing medical technology company at the forefront of neurovascular innovation.
Following substantial Private Equity investment, the company is expanding its commercial team by hiring an experienced Business Development Manager who can drive growth and build strong clinical relationships in the neurovascular field.
Role Overview
This field-based role is focused on driving sales of advanced neurovascular devices across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting interventional neuroradiologists, neurointerventional surgeons, or stroke centres.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales of neurovascular devices across key hospital sites, meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Engage with HCPs to promote products, support evaluations, and build long-term relationships
* Attend procedures and provide in-case clinical support to ensure successful product adoption
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans in collaboration with senior management
* Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to inform product positioning and messaging
* Deliver training and education to clinicians and internal stakeholders
* Represent the company at congresses, workshops, and industry events
Candidate Profile
* Experience in neurovascular medical device sales, with established contacts in the field
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment
* Comfortable working in theatre, providing expert support and advice to surgical teams
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
