Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Office Assistant who has experience covering the Reception front‑of‑house area and can also support the Finance team. This varied role involves working three days a week at the Reception desk and the remaining two days supporting finance with Accounts Payable, processing invoices, payments, and related tasks.
Location: Office based – own transport required due to rural location. Parking available onsite.
Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Finance and Receptionist Duties
* Answering phones and diverting calls
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Processing accounts payable invoices
* Sending purchase orders to suppliers
* Managing credit card transactions
* Signing for deliveries and post
* Covering the front‑of‑house area – reception cover
Skills and Experience
* Proven office support, accounts assistant, or receptionist skills and experience, including a similar role with finance duties
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
