The Role:
* Deliver accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting
* Administer contracts in alignment with project objectives and governance policies
* Proactively manage cost variances, cash flow, and valuations
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure programme performance, cost control, and value engineering objectives are met
* Assist with procurement and tender evaluations
* Lead commissions and oversee cost management delivery
* Manage contract change processes and ensure compliance with governance and best practices
Qualifications/ Requirements:
* You could be working as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager for either a Construction Consultancy, Contractor or working Client side - Must have strong understanding/ working experience of NEC3/4 contracts focussing on Infrastructure projects (could be Utilities, Highways, Aviation, Power/ Energy/ Renewables, Nuclear or similar sector
* Education: Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
* Professional Memberships: Ideally MRICS, MCIPS, or working towards similar (desirable)
