About The Role Shape the Future of Buckinghamshire’s Highways Are you ready to take the next step in your project management career? Join Balfour Beatty’s Capital Delivery Team and help deliver a wide range of impactful highway infrastructure projects across Buckinghamshire. As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in planning, managing, and delivering capital works that improve road safety, accessibility, and public spaces. From surfacing and drainage to traffic calming and public realm enhancements, you’ll be part of a team that’s transforming communities. What you'll be doing Support the delivery of diverse highway projects across Buckinghamshire. Manage programmes, budgets, and reporting to meet client and business expectations. Lead multi-functional teams including commercial, permitting, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, and the local community. Promote sustainable solutions and continuous improvement across all operations. Maintain accurate project records and contribute to post-completion reviews.
